Electrical Generators & Pump Services Ltd is seeking an organised and motivated Office Administrator / Sales Support to join our fast-growing team.
This full-time role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, communicates well, and has strong IT capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration
Handle sales enquiries and support the sales team
Create invoices, quotes, and purchase orders using QuickBooks
Schedule jobs and coordinate customer communication
Maintain digital filing systems and records
Support accounts, suppliers, and service operations
Provide general administrative support as required
Skills & Requirements:
Strong IT skills (Office 365, email; QuickBooks an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and confident manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office
Previous office/admin or sales support experience beneficial
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
