Due to their ongoing growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Dublin. The successful commercial manager will play a key role in the companys future development, and it is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of their future success. Duties: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively across internal and external teams Support in the development of project scopes, execution strategies, and budgets Produce accurate, detailed project reports and maintain project documentation to a high standard. Collaborate with departments such as Commercial and Senior Management teams to identify, escalate, and resolve any contracting or project issues. Overseeing comprehensive cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering. Leading contract administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations. Managing all commercial aspects of large-scale civils projects Supporting tender submissions, subcontractor procurement, and pricing strategies. Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution processes. Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); strong reporting and presentation skills. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
