Overview
Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician ready to take the next step in your career? We're hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for a leading food manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role where you'll support technicians, drive equipment reliability, and play a key part in continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
* Drive machine reliability and improvement initiatives.
* Train and mentor technicians and apprentices.
* Support audits, health & safety compliance, and lean projects.
* Manage spare parts and assist with commissioning new equipment.
* Rotate across a variety of shift patterns to support plant operations.
Criteria
We\'re looking for someone who brings:
* 2 years\' experience in a maintenance technician role.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with food processing equipment (e.g. thermoformers, weighers, cookers).
* Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
* Familiarity with GMP, EHS, and lean principles.
