Job Title: Workday Expert Lead
We are seeking an experienced Workday Senior Principal Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the HCM, Learning, Talent, and Recruiting functional workstreams for clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Reinforce company policies and procedures to others.
* Help drive efficient completion and achievement of project goals by organizing and assigning tasks within a project workstream.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM solutions, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with Workday certification in HCM, Learning, Talent, and/or Recruiting, and 5+ years of Workday HCM functional implementation experience.
