We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative within a complex production management environment. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in an agile delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
Create and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA
Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
Support prioritization and backlog refinement activities in an agile environment
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement walkthroughs
Ensure requirements are well understood and properly implemented by development teams
Continuously refine processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mid to large-scale technology environments
Strong ability to interact with senior stakeholders and extract complex requirements
Hands‑on experience with JIRA and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus
IIBA: Agile Analysis Certification/IIBA: Certification of Capability in Business Analysis Certification is a must have
