The Mercantile Group is seeking to expand a professional and reliable Security Team to help set the tone for a safe, welcoming, and vibrant venue. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in the smooth and secure running of Cafe en Seine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property across restaurant areas.
Monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining a visible and reassuring presence at all times.
Supporting the team during busy periods, managing queues, and diffusing any potential disturbances with professionalism.
Assisting with emergency procedures, evacuations, or first aid situations if required.
Collaborating with the management team to uphold hotel policies and ensure a secure, respectful environment.
Conducting routine checks and patrols to maintain order and prevent incidents
Requirements:
A valid PSA (Private Security Authority) licence – this is essential.
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or hotel security is a strong advantage.
Calm, confident, and respectful under pressure with excellent communication skills.
Approachable yet assertive, with good judgement and a professional manner.
Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
