Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to patients, monitor their condition,
unite with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care including personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care- assisting with bathing/showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and continence requirements
* General observations and updating patient recordsProviding support and encouragement to patients
* Manual handling- using hoists/slide sheets
