Service & Sales Performance Coach Role
As a key leader in our frontline operations at Dublin Airport, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This customer-facing role combines team leadership, sales coaching, and operational oversight to deliver exceptional service and exceed performance targets.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell products and services, meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.
2. Clean full licence held for a minimum of 2 years preferred. Flexible work arrangement including evenings, weekends,& holidays required.

given the fast-paced nature of this role.
