Overview
Ferrys Solicitors LLP are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented solicitor to join their growing Immigration Law Department based in their Ormond Quay office. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Irish immigration law who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and client-focused practice.
Responsibilities
Dealing with a substantial International Protection practice
Managing a varied caseload of immigration law matters
Advising clients on work permits and employment-based applications
Preparing and submitting Stamp 4 applications
Assisting with Irish citizenship and naturalisation applications
Assisting with family reunification and dependent visa cases
Liaising with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with current immigration regulations
Requirements
Ability to lead a team
Detailed experience in Immigration law
Strong knowledge of Irish immigration procedures and legislation
Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
