The Role: Location: Athlone Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 OTE The Business Development Manager is highly motivated, driven and persistent to succeed in a fast-paced sales performance-based role [ quarterly/annual targets ].
The role is best suited to an individual who is dynamic, adaptable, motivated and driven to execute tasks/objectives/sales targets, while working closely with the respective sales team and wider team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
In this role, the Business Development Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, lead from the front and take responsibility for the successful and timely execution of all requirements needed to provide the highest level of service and in parallel execute business objectives/KPI's, with the goal of driving sales growth.

What You'll Be Doing Building and managing a portfolio of new and existing B2B clients Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities Meeting customers face-to-face and over Zoom Identifying leads from multiple sources [email outreach, follow-up and manage daily].
Following up on quotations and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline Logging sales activity and opportunities in our CRM system Working closely with our customer service and production team and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered successfully Acting as a trusted partner to customers, helping them choose the best solutions to promote their business Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Snap Midlands centre What We're Looking For A motivated and target-driven sales professional Someone who enjoys building relationships and winning new business Strong organisation and time management skills A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic Excellent communication and negotiation skills A natural problem solver who puts customers first Experience Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role A proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales Experience in print, design, promotional products, signage, events or marketing services is advantageous but not essential Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems A full clean driving licence Fluent in Professional English and a willingness to learn and develop Why Join Snap?

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role [B2B], with track record of delivering results [incl Lead Gen].
Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, and integrity.
Excellent team, negotiation, influencing and sales closing skills are essential in the role, including professional persistence.
Excellent communication skills, professional phone manner and customer focus are essential.
Strong understanding and ability to ensure standards and processes of Quality [ISO standard], Health, Safety and Environment are upheld.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites, Data extraction and ability to run reports as required.
A strong educational background, fluent in English and a clean driving license.
