Job Overview
The Facilities, Site Services and Packing Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient site operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement within a petfood manufacturing environment. This role ensures all systems support continuous production while complying with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and maintenance processes.
* Conducting troubleshooting for complex issues with plant equipment issues and associated systems, identifying and recommending corrective actions.
* Assisting in investigations of utility systems, and control system anomalies as well as safety incidents.
This includes supervising mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors, interpreting P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams and specifications in planning and performing maintenance and repairs.
