AsHead of 48, you will take full accountability for the brand's performance,leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences,innovative propositions, and compelling campaigns.
This role requires a blend of visionary leadership andhands-on execution.
You'll manage the P&L, own the commercial roadmap, andinspire high-performing teams to deliver results in a highly competitivemarket.
It's ideal for a senior leader who combines strategic foresight withoperational excellence, and who is passionate about delivering exceptionalcustomer outcomes in a digital-only environment.

The Skills we are looking for
Proven experience leading and scaling a digital-first brand.
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams.
Strong cross-functional leadership, ideally in commercial, product, or digital roles.
High-level understanding of emerging digital and mobile technology trends.
Demonstrated passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking.
Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering against KPIs and improving profitability.
Strategic planning capability with measurable impact.
Results-oriented with creative problem-solving ability
