A prominent opportunity exists for a sales professional to join our dynamic Retail Business Development Team in North Dublin. As part of an experienced team, the role will be responsible for delivering sales targets, securing new business and ensuring consistent delivery and execution of exceptional customer experiences in a high-value area.
* Management and development of new and existing retail accounts.
* Training and developing operators handling our portfolio.
* Executing ARYZTA range excellence across your territory.
* Providing outstanding customer service, product knowledge and industry insight.
* Expanding current offerings and propositions to existing customers.
* Delivering prompt responses to all customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Driving continuous improvement of product knowledge sharing with customers to enhance sales growth.
* Maintaining accurate CRM data for internal use, field management and analysis.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to achieve shared priorities and objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
* Commercial acumen with a proven track record in retail and foodservice sales.
* Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills and customer-centric solutions.
* Financial literacy - analyzing, interpreting and applying sales data to inform business decisions.
* Passion for food and retail with a hands-on approach to selling.
* Excellent communication skills conveying clear understanding of diverse audiences' needs.
* Consistently achieving results under challenging circumstances.
* Full driving license.
Desirable:
* Food retail, culinary, hospitality or beverage education or experience.
