Offer description

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. Your new role will be a challenging and rewarding experience where you will work directly with the financial director and management teams.

Your main duties include:

* Monitoring and managing company banking transactions
* Preparing and submitting VAT and other tax returns
* Processing invoices and assisting with accounts receivable and billing
* Maintaining accurate records and performing reconciliations

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

* At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative position
* Strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation principles
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively

You will also be required to provide administrative support to the finance team, including diary management and meeting notes.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
