Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and commercial finesse to engage senior decision-makers and Channel Partners, understand their business needs, and offer innovative solutions from One Identity's broad Identity Security Portfolio.
This role will be based in Cork/hybrid model with a focus on German speaking markets in our Central Region .
This is primarily an inside sales role but travel to the region will be required from time to time

Sales Leadership: Drive sales of our comprehensive Identity Security Portfolio, focusing on the Central Region market.
Rapid Region Development: Leverage your expertise and networks to expedite region growth, establishing a strong market presence swiftly.
Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local partners to craft and implement strategic action plans for mutual success.
Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customers' unique business challenges and align solutions effectively.
Complex Sales Management: Handle complex sales cycles involving multiple products across various business units, especially within larger companies.
Channel Account Management: Take charge of territory/regional Channel account management, encompassing account planning and accurate sales forecasting with partners
Sales Execution: Lead a range of sales and marketing activities, from prospecting to closure, following a structured Channel sales process.
Channel Relationship Building: Foster and maintain robust business relationships with our key partners to drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the sales process by effectively utilizing BDR's, technical pre-sales, and marketing resources.
Qualific
ations
Experience: 3+ years in software sales.
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Methodology Familiarity: Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology, ready to implement it daily.
Drive and Track Record: Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills
Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience
needs.
Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to provide direction, collaborate effectively with partners, and forge long-term strategic relationships at executive levels
