Job Title: Operations and Logistics Coordinator
As a key member of the warehouse operations team, you will oversee daily activities to ensure performance targets are met. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a hands-on approach to managing warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily warehouse operations to meet performance targets.

* Oversee inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain health & safety standards and compliance across the site.
* Work closely with transport, planning, and customer service teams.
* Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
* Support senior management with reports and strategic planning.
Requirements:
You should have previous experience in a supervisory or management role, with a strong understanding of warehouse systems, stock control, and health & safety. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.
