Responsibilities

Ideal candidate
* 5+ years of experience with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role, in a busy SME within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
