About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering insights that shape our business strategy.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau)
* Experience with Python or R is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills - able to present complex data in a clear, concise way
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
