We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across full suite of digital and communications solutions — including Connectivity, Multi‑Site SD‑WAN, Security, Cloud, and Voice Services. This is a hybrid role in the Dublin or Limerick offices.
You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions, and exceeding revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage enterprise-level accounts and relationships up to board level.
* Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
* Create and deliver compelling proposals and sales strategies.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales, revenue, and margin targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
What You'll Bring
* 2 to 3 year's experience in IT or telecoms sales (Connectivity, Cloud, SD‑WAN, Security, Voice).
* Proven ability to influence and close at C‑level.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Self‑starter attitude with drive, resilience, and a hunger for success.
* Full driving licence required.
