Glenpatrick Spring Water is one of Tipperary's largest privately owned family businesses located in Clonmel. Due to the ongoing expansion we are recruiting for an additional Accounts Administrator into our Finance Team.

Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the finance department across the various finance department requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be trained in all key aspects of the Accounts Administration function as we work a maximum flexibility model.
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
· Prepare daily bank reconciliation and lodgements to the bank for all relevant companies
· Process creditor invoices and prepare EFT payments for banking online
· Prepare monthly creditors statement reconciliations
· Process payments to on-line banking system for approval by manager
· Use accounts package to post all bank movements into various bank accounts in various currencies
· Be responsible for completing bank reconciliations
· Be responsible for the upkeep of petty cash
· Prepare lodgements for the bank and when necessary, go to the bank
· Be responsible for maintenance of debtor's ledger including sales invoicing where required
· Be responsible for recharge of site utilities and shared service costs
· Assist in the maintenance of nominal ledger and preparation of accounts to trial balance monthly including detailed payroll reconciliation
· Payroll cover for weekly and monthly payrolls
· Assist in budgeting process
· Assist in annual audit
· Deal with internal and external parties to resolve queries concisely and promptly
· Assist and contribute to month end close off
· VAT reporting
· Carry out other ad hoc duties, projects and assignments as required
Skills / Qualifications/ Experience:
· A relevant qualification of a recognised body is an advantage
· Strong excel skills required
· Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
· Experience working within a finance department
· Self motivated with a flexible attitude to work
· Good team player with the ability to multitask
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
· Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
· Capable of working on own initiative with a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail
