The Victoria Hotel Galway is looking for a fully flexible/full time 30hours weekly food and beverage assistant that could start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant and has to be confident in taking and serving orders, with a strong understanding of how to provide excellent customer service.

Summary of key activities * Taking orders and serving customers * Maintaining high levels of quality of service * Take directions from the breakfast supervisor and the food and beverage manager * Updating stock levels variances * Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food.
