Sigmar are partnered with a leading Irish food producer who are hiring a Junior Brand Manager into their team.
Please note: This full-time permanent position is based 5 days per week on-site in Tallaght, Dublin.
You will work in a dynamic and creative team managing the below responsibilities:
* Strategy: Help create and implement sales and marketing plans in line with company objectives. Develop full marketing activity planner.
* Branding: Track market performance and turn insights into quick actions or longer term initiative
* Content Creation: Develop engaging content for the company website, newsletter and blogs, ensuring they are visually appealing and up-to-date with the latest food trends.
* Research: Conduct thorough research on food trends, menus, ingredients, and dishes to stay ahead in the market.
* Design Collaboration: Work closely with design agencies to create packaging artwork, brochures, and flyers. Write briefs and manage the creation process in line with brand guidelines.
* Product Development: Participate in internal research for new product development, including food safaris to explore trends in different cities. Compile trend reports and videos for key accounts.
* NPD: Identify gaps in the market, collaborate with chefs on product development, and oversee the process from tasting to launch, including validating concepts and building business cases.
* Promotion Forecasts: Utilize big data programs to forecast promotional needs,
* Marketing Materials: Order and design marketing materials/merchandise and manage their shipping to the UK.
* Branding Projects: Lead internal & external branding projects
* CRM Management: Use Salesforce for CRM and marketing automation tools, creating email lists and managing email marketing campaigns.
* Ad Hoc Projects: Take on various ad hoc marketing projects as needed.
What Skills You Need
* Marketing Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, from product development to branding and marketing campaigns.
* Interest in Food: A genuine passion for food and an understanding of food trends and ingredients.
* Creative Skills: Experience in content creation, design collaboration, and managing marketing materials.
* Research Abilities: Strong research skills to stay updated on food trends and market gaps.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing briefs, reports, and marketing content.
