We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and have a kind and caring nature.
You will work closely with our team to develop comprehensive care plans that respond to the changing needs of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering person-centred home care services to our clients.
* Developing and implementing tailored care plans.
* Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Requirements:
* A valid full clean driver's licence and use of your own car.

Benefits:
1. Competitive hourly rate: €14.70.
2. Half hour and premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
3. Mileage/travel time payment: 30c per kilometre.
