Office Coordinator - Dublin City Centre - Permanent - Onsite Are you an organized and detail-oriented administrator with experience in a medical or clinic setting? Were looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our client's expanding team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key part of their fast-paced, dynamic admin team, youll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic by providing high quality administrative support. Salary:€30k - €32k DOE Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries and schedules for our clinicians Schedule and reschedule patient appointments Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and written correspondence with excellent customer service Process payments and manage patient billing Update and maintain patient records using our in-house software Handle filing, scanning, and occasional reception cover Support with ad hoc administrative duties as needed What Were Looking For: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (essential) Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (1-2 years preferred) Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Louise Baynes.
