Site Operations Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Director to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Manage and coordinate site labour forces and specialist subcontractors.
* Collaborate with the project team to monitor progress and meet programme targets.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Negotiate with supply chain partners to maintain positive relationships.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in site management.
* Previous experience as a main contractor, preferably on large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects.
* A third-level qualification or trades background.
* Excellent knowledge of trade skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft software.
