The Role
Full lifecycle involvement on a large-scale residential scheme
Setting out, QA, and coordination across civils & structural phases
Working alongside a high-performing site team on a flagship project
What they’re looking for
Proven experience on residential projects (multi-unit / high-density ideal)
Strong setting out and technical ability
Solid understanding of site operations and project delivery
