Were looking for a highly organised Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Dublin.
In this role, youll be the central point of contact for customers, ensuring service requests are handled smoothly while supporting our field engineering teams.
What Youll Do Act as the main contact for customer enquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
Manage incoming service requests and quality issues via phone and email.
Schedule and coordinate engineer workloads, ensuring timely service delivery.
Maintain service calendars and update internal systems with live job information.
Organise routine preventative maintenance visits according to service agreements.
Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical or operational issues.
Produce and analyse reports to identify trends and drive improvements.
Prepare quotes and process invoices for non-contract services.
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to project activities.
What Were Looking For At least 6 months experience in customer service, planning, logistics, or a similar function.
Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A problem-solver with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
A team player with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions when needed.
