Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Dublin for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will perform a variety of day-to-day office tasks including managing administrative support, handling office equipment, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations. Additional responsibilities include organizing files and records, scheduling appointments or meetings, and supporting other office management duties as required.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operations effectively
* Proficiency in handling Office Equipment to support organizational needs
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders professionally
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* 3+ years experience in an administrative or office support role is required.
* Familiarity with safety/security workplaces or industries is a plus
* Proficiency with office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
* Proficence in Adobe or PDF suite is a plus.
