Noel Group are currently working with a client who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established hotel property The Role The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of a busy, multi-department hotel. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong operational leadership across departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, and Guest Services, ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency throughout the property. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Proven longevity and stability in previous hotel roles Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Hotel Operations Manager (or similar senior operational) role Previous experience working in a similar-sized or comparable hotel property Strong decision-making ability with confidence to manage issues in real time Highly visible, on-the-floor leadership style, leading by example Ability to coordinate and support multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations Experience maintaining service standards, managing teams, and driving operational performance Package Salary: €45,000+ DOE Bonus: Available (DOE) This role would suit a strong hotel operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is looking to take the next step within a quality hotel operation.
