We are currently working with an International Wealth Management firm that is looking to hire a Private Client Administrator to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction through direct contact with clients and operational colleagues.
Responsibilities of this Private Client Administrator role:
1. Work closely with Financial Planners and Directors to deliver excellent outcomes to High-Net-Worth clients.
2. Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
3. Identify and report risks, breaches, or errors, ensuring they are logged and mitigated.
4. Liaise with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
5. Request and chase policy information from third-party providers to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
* Experience in client or pension administration within a Financial Services firm.
* Strong client service ethic.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure.
