Curam Care Homes is seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team in Oakfield Nursing Home. This role involves rotational and flexible work arrangements according to the needs of the care home.




Job Description



* Maintain high standards of resident care while ensuring safety at all times

* Develop a learning environment for staff growth and foster teamwork across specialist services, including older person care, dementia support, step-down care, convalescence services

Prior experience as a registered nurse with 2-3 years' experience is essential. A post-registration qualification in gerontology or dementia care would be beneficial. Effective leadership skills are necessary along with strong communication abilities and organizational prowess.
The selected candidate must be eligible to practice nursing in Ireland.
