Contract Sales –
Kube kitchens are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representativeto drive the sale of kitchen products and solutions into the construction and property development sector. You will be responsible for managing relationships with construction firms, developers, architects, and contractors to supply kitchen packages for residential projects, focusing on the PRS and BTS markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and development sectors.
* Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding their ongoing and upcoming project needs.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers.
* Attend site visits, client meetings, and trade events to promote products and solutions.
* Present and promote kitchen ranges, cabinetry, appliances, and associated products to meet client requirements.
* Guide product selection, customisation, and technical specifications.
* Work closely with internal design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
* Track project timelines and client requirements to ensure seamless execution.
* Monitor construction industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
* Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and product developments.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the construction, kitchen, or interiors sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and project timelines.
* Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings is a plus.
* CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Relevant sales or business qualification preferred.
* Full Irish driving license
* An established network of contacts will be a significant advantage
