My client is a leading Construction Engineering Group working across Ireland, UK, Europe and further afield. They work across renewables, data centres, pharma, commercial, healthcare and industrial construction projects and have a reputation second to none. They are urgently recruiting for an experienced Construction Planner to join their team in Cork. As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3-5yrs experience in a construction planning role combined with a relevant construction qualification. Ideally you will have experience working on a variety of projects and in particular Pharma would be advantageous although not essential. Primavera P6 experience is desired. Duties will include; Producing construction schedules in conjunction with the Project Management Team. Fully resource/cost loaded schedule Maintenance of master construction schedule Track planned versus actual progress. Liaising with construction teams to capture and log any issues affecting project schedule. Attending site meetings Ensuring all progress is captured in updates of system Use of database reporting system for circulation of information to project team Production and coordination of issuing of weekly construction reports and updates to master schedule working and communication with subcontractors planning personnel and management on sub contract package milestones.
