We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Office Administrator in Portlaoise. This is a full-time, temporary position that will support the retail and sales team with administrative tasks and customer service.
* This includes providing data entry support, processing orders, and preparing sales reports
* Managing customer accounts and handling queries via phone and email
* Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
* Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
* Assisting in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support roles is essential
* Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required
* Manual Handling Certificate - training can be provided if not already certified
* Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland
This is a daytime working hours (Monday to Friday) opportunity with full-time benefits.
