Job Title: Office Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our administrative team.

This is a pivotal role within the practice, supporting both our team and our patients in line with our mission and values.




Your Key Responsibilities




* Lead and Support Team Members

* Manage Rotas and Workload Allocation

* Handle Patient Queries and Feedback

* Ensure Compliance with Policies and Governance

* Support Audits and Quality Improvement Initiatives





About You



We are looking for someone who has:




* A minimum of 1 year's experience in office or small team management

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* The ability to stay calm, efficient, and supportive in a busy environment

* Excellent attention to detail and confidence with IT systems

* The ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
