Building Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying homes, coordinating retrofit works, and ensuring smooth project delivery.



Key Responsibilities:


* Survey homes referred by SEAI and other contractors to confirm insulation areas.

* Liaise with contractors and SEAI to resolve any discrepancies.

* Communicate with homeowners to explain upgrade works (e.g., window replacement, EWI, IWI, cavity wall insulation, heat pumps).

* Evaluate job progress and ensure snag-free completion.
1. A minimum of 3 years experience in building surveying or a similar construction-related role is required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability towork independentlyand manage multiple jobs simultaneously..
