This is your chance to operate at a strategic level, influencing network architecture for both current operations and exciting new projects, including offshore renewable deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the end-to-end architecture strategy for OT and IT network integration across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments.Ensure secure, resilient, and scalable designs that meet regulatory and operational requirements for critical infrastructure.Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and global partners to align standards and accelerate deployment.Guide projects through the right technical paths, balancing technical architecture decisions with overall solution design and business outcomes.Define and maintain the OT/IT network architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.Lead the design and deployment of high-performance network solutions for critical infrastructure.Oversee integration of OT and IT systems, ensuring interoperability and compliance with cybersecurity standards.Provide technical leadership and governance across network design and operational support.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing technology investments and solution approaches.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceA recognized qualification in a relevant technical discipline backed by 10 years of experience in senior network engineering or architecture roles.Proven expertise in OT networking, routing, switching, and WAN technologies (including MPLS).Strong knowledge of network security, vulnerability management, and remediation.Experience in architecting and delivering complex network solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.Excellent technical and analytical skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams.Desirable QualificationsProfessional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent.Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Netbox).Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and advanced security frameworks.Knowledge of multi-cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container networking (Kubernetes, Docker).Our client is an Equal Opportunities Employer.Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
