YOUR ROLE We are looking for an ECM Engineer with strong experience in enterprise content management and digital transformation projects. The role involves identifying local market opportunities, understanding client business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for implementation teams. Key Responsibilities of the role: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to analyse business needs and document local go-to-market offerings Support evaluation of ECM platforms, including OpenText (nice-to-have), SharePoint, or other alternatives. Facilitate workshops and act as a bridge between clients and technical teams. Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Promote best practices in governance, compliance, and documentation. YOUR PROFILE Strong understanding of document management, workflows, and integration concepts. Awareness of OpenText products (Content Suite, Documentum, Extended ECM). Experience with other ECM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Alfresco). Knowledge of AWS and Azure services, including storage, security, and integration patterns. Relevant certifications are required.
