Position Summary
Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Night Duty
Community Residential Services, Limerick. Permanent full‑time contract (37.5 hours per week) or permanent part‑time contract (24 hours per week).
Salary: €62,078‑€78,443 (subject to relevant public sector experience; pro‑rated for hours of work).*
Essential Qualifications
Up to date NMBI registration.
A completed Management Course or to be completed within three months.
Full, clean driving licence for manual vehicles and access to own car.
Five years’ experience as a staff nurse and/or CNM1 experience.
Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, complex health needs, autism, and behaviours of concern.
Completed mandatory training.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT.
Detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards/regulations and Health Act 2007, and ability to maintain compliance with HIQA.
Detailed knowledge of rostering and managing rostering arrangements and leave planning for staff.
Proficiency in the English language.
Possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
