Construction Manager – Luxury Villa Development (Algarve, Portugal)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end villa development in the Algarve for a leading Irish property development company. The successful candidate will take charge of managing the end-to-end build process of multiple luxury villas, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Requirements:

* Proven track record in managing residential new build developments, ideally luxury or bespoke projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage local and remote teams.
* Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
* Experience working internationally or in a cross-cultural environment a plus.
* Must hold a valid EU passport (essential for work eligibility in Portugal).

On Offer:

* Competitive salary circa €80,000 – €100,000, depending on experience.
