This role will be based onsite in Co. Kilkenny - located very closed to the Kilkenny/Tipperary/Laois borders.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme and performance targets are met.Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and project specifications.Oversee procurement schedules, budget control, and resource planning to maintain project profitability and compliance.Experience & Qualifications RequiredMinimum 5 years of project management/site management experience within the construction industryProven track record delivering projects in the following: public, civil engineering, building, or infrastructureStrong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and contract administrationExcellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsRelevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND or Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering); desirablePlease apply with your CV in the strictest of confidence.
