The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to deliver outstanding culinary standards aligned with Forbes Five-Star and Red Carnation Hotels standards.
This role includes supporting the Executive Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and inspiring the kitchen brigade.
The ideal candidate should be passionate, experienced in similar roles, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
