Job Profile
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
Key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, handling queries and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within a finance, banking, payments, or pensions sector. They will also have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be proficient in multiple languages.
A successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think independently, and maintain accurate records. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, be numerate, and have excellent attention to detail.
