The Operations Director will oversee the Gastropub, managing food, beverage and events operations. The role requires effective team leadership, management and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the premises
* Lead, mentor and guide the team in achieving operational excellence
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers
* Coordinate Security, Health and Safety, and manage Tills, cash, pricing, Sales, promotions, special events, stock control, Rostering and achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
* 3 years minimum senior management experience, ideally in a quality Gastropub locally
* Proven experience in coaching, training, mentoring and team leadership
* Fully committed, motivated and professional person with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Fluent English and excellent IT and administrative skills required
