Job Title: Property Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of a portfolio of residential investment properties.

The role involves dealing with general maintenance issues, liaising with owners, landlords, tenants and contractors daily, conducting property inspections and ensuring properties are kept to the correct standard.
1. Liaising with property owners and managers on a regular basis
2. Liaising with property managers for properties that are part of a multi-unit development
3. Candidate will work on large mixed and varied portfolio after an initial induction period including but not limited to
4. Dealing with day to day general maintenance issues,
5. Liaising with Owners/Landlords/Tenants and Contractors daily,
6. Conducting property inspections ensuring the property is kept up to standard HANDLING OWNER AND TENANT QUERIES ADVISING CLIENTS OF HOUSING STANDARDS AND INSURING ALL PROPERTIES ARE IN LINE WITH SAME USE OWNERSHIP TO HOUSE STANDARDS WHILE CONDUCTING INSPECTIONS WHEN DEALING WITH PROPERTIES THAT HAVE ISSUE LIASING FREQUENTLY WITH OWNERS LANDLORDS MANAGERS CONTRACTORS., ] The ideal candidate should have:
A knowledge of landlord/tenant law including RTB rent increases notice periods etc A full clean valid drivers license use their own car A full driving licence would be beneficial as you may need to travel between different sites MILAGE WILL BE COVERED If no experience Letman & Fix Flo system courses can be provided if there is no experience However it Would Be Desirable Having Experience in Letman & Fix Flo system.
