Housekeeping Supervisor Role:
The Beresford Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our guest rooms and public areas.
About the Job:
As Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily operations of the housekeeping department, maintaining and monitoring housekeeping standards in guest rooms and public areas, training, supporting, and motivating housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues, coordinating daily room assignments, and ensuring timely room readiness.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (or in a similar role) in a busy hotel environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong command of English; Spanish language skills are a distinct advantage
* A working knowledge of Rezlynx PMS is desirable
* Ability to lead a team with a hands-on approach
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
