About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Financial Controller to join our Dublin based office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including financial reporting, accounting, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements to trial balance stage, billing and credit control, and produce monthly management reports.
* Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations, payroll, pensions, and supplier invoices.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets and forecasts, expenditure/costs reports, and ad hoc financial reports.
* Cashflow Analysis: Analyze and report on cashflow, processing and payment of personnel expense claims, and maintaining fee income spreadsheet.
* Statutory Reporting: Prepare statutory returns, liaise with external auditors, and maintain compliance with tax legislation.
* Ad Hoc HR Duties: Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel files and working knowledge of employment legislation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in accounts and office administration.
* Good PC skills, with proficiency in Excel.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with flexibility and initiative.
* Experience in Sage 50 Accounts and PayDay or other payroll packages.
