We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to fill a temporary contract position based in Cork City. The role will involve working Monday to Friday, 9-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input and consolidation of information to Excel from multiple sources
* Reconciliation of lodgements from cashbooks to bank statements
* Reconciliation of cash accounts
* Preparation of VAT Returns
* Payroll administration
* Monitoring emails and responding to queries
Requirements for Success:
* Prior experience in an accounts department is essential
* Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are required
* A good level of MS Excel skills is necessary
