This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.What You Will DoPrepare, set, and reset meeting and event spaces to 5-star standards, including arranging furniture, staging, décor, and equipment. Ensure all rooms are impeccably presented ahead of guest arrival, including cleanliness, lighting, layout accuracy, and attention to detail. Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of events — moving tables, chairs, AV equipment, and event materials safely and efficiently. Support the delivery of weddings, banquets, conferences, and corporate events from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions between event phases. Respond promptly to last-minute changes or requests, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude. Maintain storage areas, equipment rooms, and event inventory in an organised and safe manner. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with event hosts and guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded. What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in hospitality, events, administration, or a similar customer-facing environment. A passion for delivering exceptional service with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, luxury setting. A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach.
