Technical Design Manager
The role of Technical Design Manager is to oversee the technical design and delivery of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience of managing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing project plans and timelines;
* Coordinating and managing the work of designers, engineers and other project team members;
* Maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders;
* Managing budgets and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time;
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or architecture, and significant experience of working in a similar role. They will be highly organized, with excellent communication and project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
